What he said, and how much cash you have to spare. Its no good saying full dh pking, if your a f2p level 30 with about 200k

Best for combat to combat is full rune and rune scimitars and for range, green dhide sets are the best. P2P you have a wide variety of options like dharoks, dragon, other types of dragonhide, and weapons like dragon claws, whips, dds, and all the fun member items. Look up some Pk'ing vids and see their armour for more opinions.

You have not said if your F2P/P2P and you have not stated you stats. How are you supposed to get advice without giving us anything to work with?
