Congrats on winning the contest, When you are eligible for the upgrade it will be processed right away. At this time you need donator and Onyx to be eligible for Power membership.

No you do not have to have the awards or be eligible first, the upgrade is won no matter what and once you become eligible it will be added, if you do not meet the requirments at the time of the won contest.

You would need Master Donator to be eligible for Power+.
