I was going to say the same thing. Earlier I had a buyer for my Instagram "Ok" and LR is my only payment/receiving choice. Of course he didn't have it and the account was eventually jacked, so lost out of $230.

Are you sure it's 100% legit? I didn't know 12 year olds were allowed to have their legit information onto PayPal?
