Here is how it will work:
You pay me $5.00 PP/LR and you can send me a link of the person you are
selling the friend suggestions too and they will be asap.
I give a max of 1k suggestions.
You pay me $5 > People pay you money for suggestions > you tell me link > I hand them out and you get paid.
Easy as that.
How will I know your legit?

I also will give you a vouch IF you are 100% sure you are going to buy.
Price once again is $5.00 per 50 people you hand them out too.
