Decided to also share my method on here to start of as HQ as possible 
Introduction: Ok so some of you may know that html coding got patched by Skype long time ago, but i managed to get hold of the old setup file for Skype 4.2.0.155.
The interface & smileys may look a bit weird, but I promise you it will be worth it. ( http://gyazo.com/95adbdc9254c25bd44add81156230106 )
Also some steps have changed f.e. changing your name/profile picture but you will get used to it eventually.
Ok lets start with the tutorial:
Step 1:
Uninstall your Skype. You dont have to be afraid of losing your contacs or signed in accounts, they will stay with you on your "new" skype version.
(If you dont know how to uninstall skype, just kill the process in task manager, open the windows search and look for " uninstall programms ". You will get a list of installed programms then just uninstall skype and your done with step one.)
Step 2:
Download the File and run the setup.

Virus-Scan: Wont let me scan on either Virustotal or Elementscanner, but I would be grateful if anyone could scan it for me and post the results.
You dont have to do anything special at this setep just install it as you would usually.
Step 3:
This step is very importand because skipping it will result in your skype beeing updated automatically.
-Go to "Actions"
-Click on "Options"

-Choose the last options and UNTICK the part about updating.

Step 4:
Now your able to insert some html codes into skype, including the the ability of "faking" links.
To spoof a link you will need to enter this code:
Replace "URL" with the link you want the viewer to redirect to, and the other part with the website you want to be shown.
Example:
This will redirect your victim to a screamer link instead of a normal youtube video.
Some things you can do with this are:
- Phishing (Great results)
- JDB
- Trolling :troll:
To make the codes work you have to press Control and Shift on your keyboard and click send message while holding both bottons!
