If I did learn, then I'd just open up a custom shop on the forums I'm most active on. Most of the income will probably come from HF, by the looks of it. Most people who use TF usually don't buy MyBB themes since I would think, most of them have a website or blog that doesn't have any forum, therefore no need for a forum theme.
