how do i unlink a facebook and email completely from an instagram i bought?

Go to the unlink button in the settings on iPhone and for the email you just have to connect your number and make sure nothing gets pulled back or change emails a few times and verify them so they can't change it fast enough. Hope I helped, and pm me if you need anything else.
