100% Warning

Can you do a Pardon Request for getting banned by getting 100% warning level? My friend is banned for 100% warning level and I want to know if he can come back sooner.

Pretty sure pardon requests are for those that're permanently banned. He's going to come back regardless, he doesn't need to apologize for anything.

I'll go check, but I believe you must be banned for a minimum of one month in order to make a pardon request. Otherwise you must serve it.
