I would like to warn you that there's a possibility to get your site blacklisted from Google by doint this, but it's not guaranteed.

It is not the way to get the more and more traffic to the website. There is some chance of black listed of the site. It would be done manually if you want the backlinks. If it will be done like this then there is no chance of black listed.
