Looks like I've been scammed by @Sexy . I'm Still waiting for my 3 Netflix codes, after he sent 3 that didn't work, then he was having problems with paypal so couldn't refund me and since then has ignored all my messages for for 3 weeks. Does anyone know how I can report him / leave negative feedback please?
