$15.58 Payza -> $12 PayPal

I have earnt $15.58 this month from PPD and the minimum for cashout with PayPal is $50 but I need the money now so I need to put your email for my cashout and it takes 5 days but when you get it you can send me the $12 PayPal we are exchanging for.
