138, you could have more fun with it, being able to boss kill and pk, and money wouldn't be that much of a problem because you could kill for cash.
 
I would choose the 138 (assuming he is maxed in every skill), because then I could make the cash back fairly easy, and would have a few years of training done.
 
Level 138 could gain 1 bil and you would have something to do with it then
 
I think you could get better responses be ruling out the whole "selling it for irl money" thing. But I would choose the 1 bill, just because I loveeeee money.
 
1Billion in my opinion. Buy a purple phat, sell for more, nice profit and start merching ;D
 
I would take the Level 138 Account so i could use it and make a few bill. a week and then sell the gold.... But maybe the 1b if the account was hacked, Don't want to lose it.
 
1B, Easier to sell and I don't have much interest in the game right now.

I'd take the 1b because you have almost any skill in 99. And then what are going to do next?
Kill every npc you see? Nope, that's boring, RS is cool for challeging yourself to achieve that 138.
So I'd prefer the 1b to train a new level 3 account.

Exactly this is how it is suppose to be challenging and fun.
 
I would go with the 138 only if it was maxed in every skill. I don't want to have to train agility or runecrafting, those skills take to long to 99 and you would have to get 120 dungeoneering which would take ages.
 
Definately 1b, level 138 is way over rated.
 
1b most definitely. With the account, it would take forever to sell. If I had the gold I could solo merch and make a shit ton more.
 
lvl 138 aint no fun to pk on... everybody got all same stats

1bill rsgp , i could use on my tank , and make him even more epic for he's lvl
 
The 1B can be sold for a shitload of money, therefore it is the wiser choice!
