People keep saying offer but then decline $150 so how much are they worth now?

2 letters probably 120.
This isn't totally accurate as the market is weird right now.

Do not sell a 2char for less then $200 and depending on the 2 letter no lower then $300.

Even though there was a gamertag reset it is not worth selling for anything lower then that, but if you want/need fast money sell them for cheaper.
