Hobos - I'd put this at a solid 25-35

Metro - I think of Metro PCS or like a subway station, so I'll say 70-80

I've seen worse semi's go for more than that. But this is why it's an appraisal section and not a dead on price.

Everyone can give their opinion on what it's worth. That's the point.
