1. I don't think it'll make much of a difference.

2. I have this installed but not activated. I removed it because it was pointless and members were falsely raising their page-counter.

That disables the plugin if those are off.

Makes it so if i view my profile it doesn't count up. And if a guest views my profile it doesn't count up.

Oh, I thought meant all of the options in there. My mistake.

What the plugin should do is only count each different viewer.
