Do you run a website or sell a product online? Dealing with too many emails and support requests?
I'm thinking about providing 24/7 support or even just night time support for any website / product.
I have about 80 support agents working for me now meaning there will ALWAYS be somebody online.
They can handle live chat, support tickets, email, and even phone in the near future.
I'd be providing support for your site for a cheaper price than you would be paying support agents yourself.
