Simply trying to transfer $25 MoneyPak to some guy's PayPal for a MW3 recovery. PayPal is anal and says you need a linked credit card or bank account to redeem cash and I have neither. Please help, I'd be willing to offer favors (the money is already on the MoneyPak card, can't tip).
