Just thought id chat about my racing this weekend. It was just a club race, but I had a really tough job on with some really good racers.

Struggled for grip in qualifying with the Great British weather, but put some fresh tyres on and got fastest time by 2 seconds. TQ

In the main I got a good start but went wide around a corner and hit a bump, flipped it but landed on my wheels, dropped to 2nd. Then 1st place made a mistake and wasn't as lucky as me and got stuck on his roof, I got the lead again.
For 20 minutes 2nd place was only around 20 seconds behind me. The last few laps as it started to go dark and cold, I started getting sloppy and made a few mistakes. Caught some piping and bent a hinge pin meaning my right front suspension was useless. Bottomed out due to this and crashed a few times. Nursed it round for the last 5 laps and just managed to win by just under 5 seconds.

Really good day, bit cold, but im on track for the clubs championship. Working it out in my head I have a 3 point lead over 2nd place Nathan Cotton who missed this weeks meeting.

Top 3
1st Ollie Evans TQ
2nd Richard Greenhough
3rd Graeme Miller

I will update this post with photos and results when they are released.
