4 Day Per Week Programs?

I'm looking to get back hitting the gym 4 days per week instead of 3.
Last time I was stupid enough to create my own program which turned out to be more like a curlbro routine.

I've been looking at BodyBuilding.com for different programs and I found this link:

Could someone with more experience tell me if the first routine is any good?

 
Depends on what you're wanting. But theres a few routines i'd suggest over that one.
Could do a typical push/pull and repeat that twice per week.
Or if you're wanting once a week frequency look at "Jim Stoppani Shortcut to Size" program on bodybuilding.com.

Most important thing is progressive overload imo
