I'm looking to get back hitting the gym 4 days per week instead of 3.
Last time I was stupid enough to create my own program which turned out to be more like a curlbro routine.
Depends on what you're wanting. But theres a few routines i'd suggest over that one.
Could do a typical push/pull and repeat that twice per week.
