I have two limited PayPal accounts, Both can be completely restored to active PayPal accounts. How to restore them you have to call PayPal ( talk to @healer for more info )
I'm really needing money asap right now. I'll give both paypals which add up to $50 PayPal for $40 PayPal right now. PM ME about this.
 
1. This is fraud, I doubt it's allowed here.

2. You can get $1k accounts for $200.

If you need money yourself why don't you transfer funds out of both pp yourself? Lol I mean it's 10 dollars more if you just do it. (Unless it doesn't work) xD

I was really hoping @healer would reply to this lol, I'm not 100% sure how to do it, it just doesnt work for me

You're not allowed to sell a PayPal account.
The PayPal account use fake info.

What do you think PayPal will do, if they catch you selling a fake PayPal account?

It's not a fake account? I really dont understand your point here.. If this was "fraud" then it'd be me selling a dead account with no funds?

Is the account using legit information about yourself? Nope, it's not. Else you wouldn't sell it, therefor it's fake.

Accounts linked to personal information cannot be sold on ForumKorner. You don't have a point here youre just making stupid arguments on my thread.

Exactly my point.

It's an account using fake info, and if it's not fake info, then it's a serious offened since you impersonate an other person.

No mather what, you're not allowed to sell PayPal accounts, and if you get caught, it WILL have consequences.

It's pretty much equal to selling a credit card with fake info on it.

"10. Restricted Activities."

10.1c "Infringe PayPal's or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;" - You break that law by selling an account on their website.
10.1f "Provide false, inaccurate or misleading Information;" - You don't use your actual info.

I don't wanna waste more time, but you are breaking more rules/laws. And that's for sure.
 
if you are talking about paypal terms of service and things like that, half the stuff people do on forums violates that.
currency exchange for bitcoin, for example, is supposed to not be allowed.

Copyright is not just a ToS thing, it's an actual real world thing.
And I know PayPal really hate when people sell their eWhore accounts, or whatever it's been used for. So they will just press charges in the way they can.
And cosidering the fact that it's not his own information, I guess he can even get charged for selling personal information of another individual.

But who cares, his life, his decisions.
 
@Temper @DanishMonster Danish is right my friend Mikey got the dita by the police becuase he used fake ssn numbers and then they caught him and he was being charged with "identity Fraud" and some other shit you are technically purchasing items with that persons info even if its 100% fake its still someone and you could get in trouble or get the person you sold to in trouble and Danish already pulled up the rules on selling the account breaking the law etc. So yes Danish is basically right

@DanishMonster just let him get in trouble, if he doesn't want to listen to you then that's his mistake
