Instead of posting a video, I suggest making it so we post a certain amount of times on that day, myself doesn't have a life, so I cant watch fireworks.

If its done this way, I think both should be an option. I most likely won't have a lot of time that day. I think a video or pictures would be more interesting as well. :)

There should be no fourth of July award period but if it must be I think pictures would suit best.

Maybe just of you celebrating it period whether that's dressing up or shooting fireworks

Believe it or not, the United States isn't the only country that celebrates July 4th.

I do not like this suggestion. Users post everyday, why make July 4th the designated day to become a keyboard warrior? Users would intentionally "post boost" in order to gain the award, thus making the award useless. The award is supposed to be challenging, it awards the users that take their time and record a neat fireworks show. It isn't made around an individual wants and needs, or to be made easier because you are unable to fulfill its requirements. Earning the award proves you celebrated July 4th, posting excessively would not. If this were to implemented, it should only be awarded to the day's top poster.

This completely takes away the point of the award. If you want the award so bad go take a fucking video of fireworks.
