So then once this thread reaches it's max he has to give money out? weather it be 2k or 10mil.(which I doubt it will.)

The contest rules state 10 million, so that is when he must give the money out. There is no way to tell if it is a troll, scam, or not yet, we will just have to wait and see.

I am giving away the money so I have the right to choose when I will give it away. If the members are unable to reach the specified post count, there outta luck. I have stated the rules. I will be giving away the money when the contest has been completed
