I should really go to sleep at 10pm GMT because of collage and stuff, but i don't i ussaly have about 4-5 hours sleep a night then do a full day of work and excersize, lool just need a cup of coffee in thr morning then an energy drink first brake then coffee at lunch, then another energy drink before gym, then sleep on the way home.
p.s take my advice don't have too many energy drinks in your life. I have, and now i can never get to sleep straight away, it takes at least 30mins for me to sleep and i wake up after like 10 mins then finally fall asleep. So hear my advice never to late to start, always to early to stop <-- don't get it? netheir do i
