A Business Guide

Where would a general business guide best be posted at?

It's a guide that will help people trying to begin a business or have questions about how to start a business successfully, it is 5 parts (1-3 subtopic per topic) that runs through a basic how to.

I'm still finishing it up but I was about to begin forming it into a htresd and I'd like to start soon since I'm mobile and it will take even longer to write, proof read them type it up and add anything missing.
