Our people must learn to devote themselves to doing what is good, in order that they may provide for daily necessities and not live unproductive lives. Titus 3:14
I know that before the day is over, I will have labeled numerous things "good". My morning latté, a conversation with a friend, a new recipe, a television show. But will come from my lips, my hands that is truly Yours eyes, Lord? I pray to have a day filled with goodness that affects people. I pray that my productivity moves me forward in your will.
Devotion is not a word used too much these days. But I hope I can take on a spirit of devotion as I discover ways to bring goodness to light and to honor goodness when it crosses my path.
