I hope you are all well, and enjoying the site. I've just made a few changes, and wanted to make a short summary of what I'm planning, please read away and leave feedback if you want.
Firstly, I've removed the leadership group, decided to have Moderator, Administrator & Management, furthermore Ben has been promoted from a Moderator to an Administrator, cris09 has been promoted to a Moderator. A new policy has now been introduced for staff, requiring a minimum of 20 posts per week in order to keep their position, they may apply for absences though.
Secondly, I've increased the premium membership rate to $10 per year, as Premium members now get double the amount of points per post/thread on the site, thus getting more money than standard members for posting.
Lastly, I'm going to remove the shoutbox from the site soon and set up an IRC channel, this means we will have more control over chatting, be able to set moderators, etc. This should be up and running within a few weeks.
