A few suggestions I have

Thanks button- This would be a nice feature, be able to thank both topics and posts if not thumbs up & down posts.

Make the post box fit the theme rather than it being a light blue, if you don't know what I'm talking about I mean this

New banner - Yes it's a nice simple logo, but it'd be nice if it was a little more complex. Maybe have a contest/reward for it on your own forum and other forums. You have nothing to lose seeing what people have to offer

Badges - The badges are nice, but again not bad to see what people have, I personally don't like them too much


Other than that IMO, this site is solid gold.

We were debating a thanks button but it would be to much like xboxmb.
I don't think you can change the color of that box but if you can i think Uzi wouldn't mind changing it.
I think the banner looks nice and it is simple and we are working on a new one and we were thinking about a contest to make one and they would get an award for it.
I like the badges there are a lot of them and i think there are many possibilities for people to aquire them.

I'm currently help develop a site and my own forum, so I'm just trying to help out before I leave.

I'm a big fan of Uzi, I've seen his name around TTG for a while now, I know he was banned for sometime but he is a graphics god. I recently joined HF and found this site in the showcase and saw his motto on TTG as "Mybbsource support" or something so I figured he owns this considering it's mybb, sure enough, he does.

Well it'd be nice to show that someone has a nice post rather than rep, like for jokes and stuff.
Who cares if you look too much like xmb? They're on vBulliten, we're on myBB they don't own the thanks button. I wouldn't even think of this site closely related to XMB.
I also agree with everything you said, and thanks for the welcome, and I'll try my hardest on the posts.
