A Good-Bye...

Ok, so I am unbanned. I lost all my old usergroups? Ones I should have. Ones that are not even related to mod?
Groups were :
-Professional
-Support
-GFX
-Maybe add an ex-staff group ?

Anyways... I say good bye to the community of XS for a while for multiple reasons... It's Christmas break, and I want to spend it with my family, but if you have my skype or msn I'll be online, so don't panic. Secondly I'm leaving due to a user 'hating' or they're just jealous or whatever. Story is down below... Note : If you want me to come back show your support xP (and say how well I did as a mod)...

Story :
Well you see I gave the user (not gonna mention names)' a warning for spam posting one day (He posted something not related to any topic at all + it was reported by someone and I saw it via mod CP. A few weeks later I send him a PM warning because it wasn't written in the rules yet to what he had done, and I told him it wasn't his first warning, so he has to be careful. 2 hours later I receive a PM raging at me saying that I seem like someone who says no one else knows the rules, but yet I don't say that I just told him to watch his act, and then I receive - rep, so I delete it because its reputation abuse, but I don't send him warnings because I felt sorry for him, but it got to a point where he kept doing it, and other people got involved thus I warned him (2ce in fact over a period of 4 days). On the 2nd warning I put as a note : Abuse it once more (and he did) and you'll get a temp. ban. Then I banned him for a week just to let him think about it... Anyways people on XS know me, and know I am not a person who thinks I know all the rules better than everyone else. I was just a moderator caring out his/her job. I deleted the rep (everyones - rep to everyone (involved or that had gotten involved)). Anyways I was just trying to clear up the story.
I'll be expecting a lot of rage, and flaming. And I won't be expecting me getting my staff position back.

It's not reputation abuse to show opinion about another person, that's what it is designed for. You just abused it by deleting your -reps even though you shouldn't had done so. That was very unprofessional from you as staff member to do so. You are supposed to be good at dealing with rage from members towards your acts.

Anyways, you will be missed.

Maybe you're right, but still he'd get warnings for flaming/raging which is warning 30% each time while rep abuse is 20%. Anyways he'll still rage and stuff its normal for kids :3 Anyways bye. XS kinda died anyways....There were a lot of good members on the forums, but should I get -rep for doing my job? Still are good members on the forums, but really I was already considering stepping down due to the lack of activity on the forums. Anyways congrats to the new staff members I'm pretty sure they'll do a nice job.
