Just posting this for questioning and positive feedback, but why wouldn't the Angel's or Exalted group fall in place of this?
The Angel's group pretty much fits the description in the first post, and you don't have to pay any money for it.
Having groups for positive reasons are always needed, but having too many groups just won't make sense in my head.
