A PayPal Question

I am not sure if this is allowed here, I have had a look at the rules and couldn't see anything, but if it is disallowed then I am sorry.

Is there any way to verify a Paypal without a bank account? I used to be a reseller on a different forum and made quite a lot into my legit Paypal. The account was limited due to lack of tax exemption certificates. I can no longer use my bank account on any Paypal.

The one I am using now is all legit details and I want to use the account legitimately.

I have recently emptied my Paypal of funds as I don't want it to get limited so paying out for a VCC is out of the question.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There are some methods on this, I don't know any of them, though.
But you can buy a debit card and add it to your PayPal, and it'll be verified

They are at £10 at the minute and I can't really afford this as of yet (baby on the way etc.). Thanks for your help though.

Cabbage sells a 'Verify your paypal' method for $3, I think.
My paypal isn't verified, but I can still send/receive money (with a certain limit). I took some money for a friend and sent it to him about 5 mins actually.

Thanks bro. I am just worried that my PP will be limited anytime. I don't mind about withdrawing, it means I have more to spend on the net. Thanks again.
