A perfect society

What does everyone think would be a happy productive and almost perfect society?

I believe in a mild form of socialism. Here are some ideas I thought up.

1. Establish a government that listens to the people, not one social class or ethnic group.
2. Create a society where everybody has rights to free education, healthcare.
3. Reward those who work hard, not live off the hardships of other members of the community.
4. Tax the rich more. Those with more money are able to live comfortably with the burden of higher taxation should be made to pay more.
5. Create a society that aims to improve the world, and works towards creating a safe, peaceful and poverty-free global community by working hard to achieve the ultimate goal.
6. Abolish any previous prejudices towards any social group. An ideal society is one where all live hand in hand happily.
7. Punish terrorists more. A world without dangerous extremists is a safe and happy one. Dangerous terrorists must be dealt with in the state’s best interests.
8. Educate the world. New schools must be built. No one class deserves better education. We need to abolish the current prejudiced and disillusioned view of the closed-minded.
9. Unite the world under one banner. The banner of a democratic and socialist republic must fly over every city on the face of the earth.
10. Increase government and state honesty. The people need to know what is going on. We need a society that is not blind and can make decisions for what is right.

Does anyone agree? I do not believe in extremism, I want a society that is democratic and socialist at the same time.

These two contradict each other. You can't tax the rich more and expect the social prejudice to decline.

In my opinion, a perfect society is one where no-one will want power, and also in my opinion, this will never happen

A believe that a society with a slightly diluted form of communism would be a perfect society.

Here's an excerpt from a thread I made on another forum.
Marx believed that communism was the answer... not just to small quarrels among classes, but the answer to everything that man faced. Greed, lust, gluttony, war, famine, poverty, political adversity... all of man's problems, eradicated.

Communism is a perfect form of government and economy.
It accounts for all major problems, and if handled by a light government in a smaller nation I believe it could work.

People distrust the idea because of socialist countries that claimed to be enacting communism, and also because of the prejudice notions against it, most of which were formed by capitalist enthusiasts. People seem to think that you can just become a communist country overnight and that's why it wouldn't work, but that is not the case at all. You have to account for all possibilities and slowly move into the system.
