Where's a good place to start in designing cool stuff in Photoshop. I have always gotten a kick out of photoshopping pictures of friends but I want to get more serious and actually make something cool. So, where's a good place to start.

Note: I have general knowledge of what most tools do.

Youtube tutorials, websites, member tag tutorials and so on.

And most important of all: Practice.

Yeah, I've seen many sites that offer PSD's in addition to their tutorial, but I've been so busy lately to have the desire to read them.
