For a working women, it is very difficult to manage an equal balance between home and her business.
However, the women have ability to manage more efficienlty than a man can do..so i think it is a wrong statement

I sort of agree? I think a woman that spends more time at her job then at home with her family doesn't take enough time to be with her family. HOWEVER, every situatuon is different and thus no situation can really be judged.
I don't actually think so because it doesn't mean that a successful business woman will be irresponsible when it comes to her own home. Her success is already a proof that she could do something worthwhile and as always, it begins at home. She can be a good organizer to her family and a great manager as well. She can be a leader and a follower. So, it wouldn't make her as a terrible homemaker.
I am not a successful businesswoman but still I am a terrible home maker. I am not good at time management and there's always things to be done no matter how hard I divide my time from my home and my work. I agree, devoting full time will only make one a good home maker.
