A suggestion For giveaways.

Yeah alot of people get their giveaways jacked by lurking guests.

I would not mind it gone, but I do not participate in giveaways so I could careless. Plus Philly probably won't do it due to the traffic it is bringing in.

I see where your going but idk what you mean by "philly wont do it" not trying to be a dick or anything but i dont understand what you mean.. Could you explain a little more please?

Philly is getting tons of traffic from guests and what not. Since he opened up that section, guests can post there and if they win it would be more likely for them to register and be a user. Makes sense if you think about it.
