Ability to post in Pro section

I would like to suggest that it would be possible for non-upgraded members to post in the professional section just so if they would like to share something for professionals only, it wouldn't be visible for non-upgraded members but for the poster and professional members only.

Opinions?

I think there should be a thread or something where you can apply to get your stuff in the professional section, just add a "professional download" if it's an ebook or something.
