Ability To Rep The Staff Team

I think that regular members should br able to rep staff members, as a thanks for all of the great voulenteer work that they do. All it euld take is the push of one button in the ACP! Great suggestion, and an easy fix! What isn't there to love about this?

I know, myself, I would LOVE to give out some +15's to @Fear and @Rude for their hard work, dedication, incorruptible attitudes, and great moderation of the forum.
