Able to swap banned spaced tags???

I have seen a couple of previous spaced tags that were banned get swapped. Can someone confirm if this is true or not and if so how? I have this pretty dope tag that would look sick unspaced

On HF someone posted that they had a swap method but idk if he is offering it yet, but most of the banned spaced tags got deleted shortly before the big reset so most of the old banned spaced ones are just the v1's, like I know Custom was one that got banned, deleted then claimed in the reset
