I have never used the EzTrader plugin. But deactivating & reactivating it in ADMINCP would delete everyone's vouches, so SQL edit is the only solution.

All I have to do is run a sql query. Hopefully I can figure out a query for just deleting all that a certain user gives out. I am sure I can come up with a query though. But ill find out for sure tomorrow.
