nope its the start of the holiday for us...we start arranging some decorations,buying gifts and etc.

its really nice if you go to the philippines every christmas season

In Finland we celebrate Christmas 24/12

And we're known because of our drinking habits.
We drink alcohol, a lot.

I am Greek. I love basketball and I go for training every Friday,Saturday and Sunday. Monday Thursday and Friday I have english lessons and every morning I go to high school! :)

In the philippines we have this so called simbang gabi.wherein people go to church at 430am-6am for mass.from dec16-24 mdnyt.most of us believe that if you complete the mass from 16-24,your wish will come true.

yeah i'm also a filipino and since we are the only cristian nation on asia we tend to get it hype by having a very long celebration

Well. I didn't know we are the only christian nation in Asia. and yes, I agree. we do have a long celebration of christmas here in Phils.

We do start to decorate our house earlier. But it would be around the end of November that we decorate our house with all Christmas ornaments, hang a star in front of the house and put up the Christmas tree too.

In srilanka Christmas season celebration starts mostly at the early part of December and midnight masses are telecast live in all television channels
