hey can on know how to swap xbox email on to different account... 

basically  i made a new hotmail account and im trying to added to my old  xbox account gamertag  so i can free up my old Hotmail account 
on the xbox 360

have you looked at all? i cant understand this post too well, but i think youre trying to change microsoft accounts on the 360.

open your guide>settings>account management>account security>change microsoft account and follow the instructions.

i did that not its not working its telling me cant change Microsoft account right now

You have to do it from Xbox.com or from outlook.com

You can still do this, but you have to have the account on your console for at least 30 days.
