Activity stream.

I think it'd be a good idea to have an activity stream. This will include given reputation, new posts, and more. You'll see the members avatar next to the action (You can also click onto their profile) and the activity stream will update every time something new happens on the forum. An example of an activity stream can be found here. Then a tab next to "Awards" that says "What's new" and when clicking on that link; you'll be taken to the activity stream.
