Add Style to the Upgrade Page

Okay, currently, the upgrade page is plain, and it doesn't match the style of the forum. I was looking at it, and I thought that it would be cool to add some life to it.

I've just linked it all to the site's CSS, and it now looks fantastic.

I hope that you decide to use the new code, Philly. You can double check it all. I basically just added classes to the table and put the Disclaimer at the bottom of the table. I left everything else.

Thanks for the support. I can honestly see no reason for not adding this. It will make the Upgrade Page look 100 times better which would probably lead to more members upgrading.

It will look amazing on the page, and it will make the site look 100 times more professional.

Also, I only added some classes and the bottom disclaimer bit to the table. The bulk of it was done by you. .-.
