Okay, currently, the upgrade page is plain, and it doesn't match the style of the forum. I was looking at it, and I thought that it would be cool to add some life to it.
I've just linked it all to the site's CSS, and it now looks fantastic.

I hope that you decide to use the new code, Philly. You can double check it all. I basically just added classes to the table and put the Disclaimer at the bottom of the table. I left everything else.
