Adderall/Vyvanse/ADHD Medication

Have any of you taken ADHD medication before? What effects did it have on you? I have adult ADHD so I take medication daily.
Adderall makes me want to motivate people. Vyvanse makes me want to tell my family how much I love them. It's great lol.

I've taken all of them. They all have the same effect on me in that I effectively drank 2 or 3 pots of coffee but don't have to take a leak every 5 minutes. Chemically, they're all the same thing; meth in pill form. Personally, I would reccomend that you try to get off of those drugs and start eatting a healthier diet. You'll notice the effects after a couple weeks.

I've taken non-prescribed (illegally bought) Adderall to see how my test taking skills improved.

Adderall makes me want to do something weather its running around or socializing with random people. However considering its speed it always makes me awake and not hungry.

Absolutely. I've experienced similar results as well.
I never had to study in high school because it was all so easy. I'm naturally intelligent and could get by with relatively good grades without putting in much effort. However, now that I'm in college, I can't do that anymore. I went a year and a half without diagnosing my ADHD because I just figured it was due to poor study habits that hadn't been formed into better ones yet. I'm the type to not make excuses and ADHD never crossed my mind. Then I realized I needed to take a test, got diagnosed, and my GPA from last semester to this one is astounding after being prescribed vyvanse (which I don't even feel and am switching to non extended release soon). I went from a horrifying 1.7 GPA last semester to making Dean's List this semester. Partially due to better study habits obviously, but the classes are more difficult this semester than last. I'm a Law student.

Haha the first time I took addy I wanted to go workout. Then I got there and realized how dehydrated it made me. Most miserable workout ever.

Coke made me want do the same stuff adderall did but more violently. I support it.

Adderall are so weak. If you need a rush, get Ritalin. A 20mg Ritalin shits all over a 30mg Addy.

I have ADHD just got prescribed Adderall XR and it helps me get up in the morning, focus better in school its such a great medication i wouldn't know what to do without it and overall it makes me extremely happy and a better person. Great thread nice to see others having ADHD and there medications helping them. I too will be taking ADHD medicine throughout my adulthood.

Adderall is just amphetamine salts. Be careful, you should stay away from vyvanse or any other ADHD/SSRI drug. ADHD is a massive scam.
