So yesterday I was able to get two pairs of Yeezys in my cart at different times.
First one I was able to get in my cart but since the site was terrible with lags and mozilla firefox kept responding every dam 5 minutes I wasn't able to get that.
I tried to get another pair which I successfully did again in my cart. This time I went on my phone and logged in since it seemed so much faster.
I was still getting errors and shit, but I managed to get to the payment page where I had to input my card info and was able to submit.
Since the site was fucking around I didn't know if I got it. So, a few mins or hours I checked my bank and it said it was deducted -$217.75.
So apparently, I paid for the shoes. BUT, when I log into my Adidas account and check the history it doesn't show anything.
I didn't get any confirmation email, order number, or anything, but they did take money off my bank.
Does anyone know how I could fix this or has anyone have the same issue?
I've tried calling them but it leaves me to a message where they can't take calls due "technical issues". I've also sent them a question on their site to email them the issue. This has never happened to me before, I've never bought off Adidas but when I buy from Nike I usually get a confirmation email and all those things.
