Yes i use only adsense on my websites. although i have used many other services but either they don`t pay much or make the website load time slower. I find adsense as the most paying and good ad service.

Agreed adsense are the only ads I use! They payout the most, and are most convenient and easy to place.

I've used it many times, they always seem to end up suspending me, I personally don't like AdSense very much.
