Advertisement and Supporter award.

I subscribed to Supporter over 48 hours ago and I have gotten the userbar and I am able to wear it. Although I do not have the award nor have my advertisements gone away. Not a huge deal, just wondering if it could be fixed. Thanks so much!

The award is rewarded after 1 year of Supporter membership, and I believe @philly has to manually turn off the ads for you which he will do when he is able to!

You need to have had Supporter for at least 1 year to receive the award if not have permanent Supporter.

Is that the same to remove advertisements?

I've had supporter since I signed up, still haven't received the award lol. Also I believe the ads only go away if you have it as primary.

If you display the group they will go away, I am working on a fix for this for the users that do not want to have to wear the userbar to not display ads.

Regardless if a feature is not working I want it fixed, so ads are the only feature not working? The award you only receive either once you have been in the group and paid month to month for a year or purchase 1 year/permanent supporter membership in one payment.

Okay, yeah I've been wearing the UB for a couple of days now and the ads are still showing up.

Yeah, I wasn't trying to rush him at all. I didn't know if it was an automatic thing that wasn't working properly or if it is a manual thing. Like I said above it really isn't a big deal to me I just wanted to make sure everything was all good.
