At first I wrote this thread alot larger, about a few things that happened today but I deleted it. Right now I just want to go to bed:

I've been tired as shit all day (was up the whole night, woke up 1AM and now it's 10PM), tried to go bed 2 times and both times failed to fall asleep. Any tips to fall asleep?

It usually takes me two hours to fall asleep. Just lay there until you pass out from exhaustion.

Try and stay still for as long as you can. That's what I do. Also, sounds weird, but try not to think about stuff.

Yeah he can even fap more because he doesn't release a load after he's done fapping. LOL!

I have wicked insomnia quite frequently.
Apparently Melatonin resets your sleep cycle, so you could give that a try.
Personally, I don't like taking pills whatsoever. If I were you, I'd smoke a bowl or something. Then I'd sleep like a baby.

If this keeps happening it sounds like you have Insomnia
If I had this I would use sleeping pills, but there is side effects, withdrawal symptoms from using them or there's the possibility that if you stop using sleeping pills Insomnia could come back worse than you had to before.

Doctor gave my sleeping pills before, did shit, for that matter it woke me up more D:

I have a sleeping disorder because of my anxiety.

I'll sometimes sleep for like 3 hours and stay way for the rest of day.

I have been able to beat the sleeping disorder lately as I am finally starting to beat my anxiety.

What I do is lay there and watch movies/tv shows in the dark until I get tired. Sometimes it was half way through the first movie, sometimes it was 4+ hours later.

I would notice I was thinking about trying to fall asleep too much, and when that happened, it kind of just snowballed.

So, I advise you not to take pills as they do nothing good for you. Sure, you may get to sleep because of some of them, but the long-term symptoms are much worse.

Trying doing something to take your mind off of sleeping. Play a videogame, watch something, exercise, write or just do anything that will make you stop thinking about sleeping. Soon enough, your eyelids will get heavy and you will start yawning.
