I don't understand, what is the group for?

We are the lowest form of staff. We are pretty much here to see if we are worthy of getting "Staff"

You get chosen of course, I think Uzi and Hemps decide.

The 'Advisor' usergroup is the lowest form of staff. They have the permissions on the forums to take actions against threads, e.g. closing, deleting, etc.

But, they cannot access the Moderation Control Panel, as that's for Staff and Administrators.
