Aim fucking up.

So for the past week or so my aim chat has been freezing alot alot. I honestly have no clue as to why. I have an idea but I am unsure as for a guaranteed answer. I mean I do get a steady aim a minute most of the time more, and currently have 44 people aiming me. Perhaps this is why. But if anyone has a true guaranteed answer let me know. Because it pisses me off when people aim me, and I have to close aim, and reopen it without knowing what people previously where trying to tell me which it froze.

Have you tried setting your status to busy? Idk really, just taking a guess at something that might work.

Probably the mass spam. Are you using the old aim client or the newer one? I suggest the older one, ask christy for more details.

It's so froze I cannot even change my status let alone see who is online or anything. lol

It depends where you are using the aim. I assume on a computer. If it freezes it is using to too many processors at once. An aim would do that if you have too many people added or is an older aim. Try redownloading the old version of aim that may help. http://www.oldapps.com/aim.php

I had the same problem , so I deleted and reinstalled and everything works fine.
